Dr. Frisina is the ONLY doctor in Springfield who is Advanced Certified in a low force technique called Activator Methods, which is gentle enough for all ages and conditions. This technique does NOT require any twisting or jarring of any joints to correct the subluxations of the spine. She sits on the board of directors at the Pregnancy Care Center and Arthritis Foundation. She is involved in community service providing Central Illinois Food Bank with food and Contact Ministries with toys during the holidays. She is a member of the Foundation for Wellness Professionals, donating her time to educate the community on a variety of health issues. She has given over 300 seminars, free of charge. Dr. Speaks has been a practicing Doctor of Chiropractic for the past 15 years. She comes to us from Petersburg, Il. She is certified in Auriculotherapy to help patients stop smoking and over eating, as well as, for pain relief.
