Meet our Doctor:

Dr. Frisina is the ONLY doctor in Springfield who is Advanced Certified in a low force technique called Activator Methods, which is gentle enough for all ages and conditions. This technique does NOT require any twisting or jarring of any joints to correct the subluxations of the spine. She sits on the board of directors at the Pregnancy Care Center and Arthritis Foundation. She is involved in community service providing Central Illinois Food Bank with food and Contact Ministries with toys during the holidays. She is a member of the Foundation for Wellness Professionals, donating her time to educate the community on a variety of health issues. She has given over 300 seminars, free of charge. Dr. Frisina is also a member of Business Network Incorporated and has been a proud sponsor of little league baseball and soccer teams and the supporter of schools in the community. Dr. Frisina is committed to helping our schildren stay healthy. She has accomplished over 200 hours in pediatrics/pregancy and continues to do research to improve the health of our children.
